What do you like about reading on an ereader?

These are funny, but I love my kindle. With my carpel tunnel and finkelsteins, it's quite painful to hold a book. I also have garbage eyes, and being able to make the font larger is such a gift.

DeleteI do prefer physical books but I've learned to like my Kindle. Like Sam, I have wrist and eye issues that sometimes make the Kindle easier for me - plus space issues and I like the highlight/notes feature for reviewing.

I *DO* have to admit, when my husband reads his ereader at night, i *am* slightly jealous that he has a built in light source. Not fair that i have to get out of my cozy spot and flick off the light! Lol
DeleteThis made me laugh! <3 I use to be all books all the time, but I've slowly started reading more and more on my iPad. It's just easier sometimes, especially at night or when it's dark outside. I can also take one iPad on a trip with unlimited books, or pack a select few in my luggage. Although, I tend to take both my iPad AND one or two physical books. I like to have options, lol.

Blasphemy! E-readers are awesome! They're much easier to read in bed than a book. You can carry a library with you. They cost less and take up less space. They are amazing.
ReplyDeleteNo, they wont replace books and they cannot replace the joy in staring at a bookcase full of books and they cant replicate the beautiful beautiful covers but... I still love them.
(These did make me laugh though. )
